1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or renting an e-bike from Latino Rentals Melbourne ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Rental Services

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Provide valid identification (driver's license or passport)
• Provide proof of address
• Have a valid contact number

Rental Periods

• Short-term: 2 weeks minimum at $90/week
• Medium-term: 4+ weeks at $80/week
• Long-term: 12+ weeks at $70/week
• All prices include GST

3. Payment Terms

• Rental fees are payable weekly in advance
• A refundable security deposit is required
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable except the security deposit

4. Use of E-Bikes

Permitted Use

• E-bikes are intended for delivery services and personal transportation
• Must comply with all local traffic laws and regulations
• Helmet use is mandatory (provided with rental)
• Maximum weight limit: 120kg

Prohibited Use

• Illegal activities or reckless riding
• Modifications to the e-bike without permission
• Subletting or transferring the rental to others
• Use in extreme weather conditions

5. Maintenance and Repairs

• Regular maintenance is included in the rental fee
• Report any issues immediately to our support team
• Unauthorized repairs may void the rental agreement
• We provide 24/7 support for breakdowns

6. Liability and Insurance

Renter's Responsibility:

• You are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of the e-bike
• You must have appropriate insurance coverage
• Report accidents or theft to police and us immediately
• You are liable for any fines or penalties incurred while using the e-bike

Company Liability:

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or consequential losses arising from e-bike use.

7. Termination

We may terminate your rental agreement immediately if you:

• Breach these terms of service
• Fail to make payments
• Use the e-bike for illegal purposes
• Damage or modify the e-bike without authorization

8. Return Policy

• E-bikes must be returned to our North Melbourne location
• Return in the same condition as received (normal wear excepted)
• Security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after inspection
• Deductions may apply for damage or missing accessories

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
